各位相关老师、同学：

   1、寒假将至，凡需要借取户口办理身份证、临时身份证、他国签证、购房、毕业户口迁出等业务的同学，请务必在放假前（2019年1月10日前）到教学楼120室综合服务大厅安全事务窗口借取。另外，办理护照、港澳通行证、台湾通行证均无需借取户口，请自行关注“广州公安”微信公众号并预约办理时间及办理地点，携带身份证原件、照片及照片检测回执办理即可。

2、为避免因超期而被罚款，请所持居留许可（或签证）在2020年2月17日（新学期开学前）前到期的外籍学生务必在2020年1月10日前抓紧时间办理延期手续。请各院系辅导员配合相关工作并敦促本院系外籍学生前来教学大楼120办公室办理签证延期事务。

          Notice On Visa Processing For Foreign Students

Our school's winter vocation is coming soon.To void Visa expired and being fined,foreign students who have a residence permit (or visa) that expires before 17th , February，2020(Before the new semeste of our school)have to go to the 120 Room of Teaching building to apply for a Visa extension before 10th ,January, 2020. All department counselors are required to cooperate with relevant work and urge foreign students of the college .Foreign students' Visas are no longer accepted during the winter vacation.
